# Purpose of $NXF

* **Rewards for GPU service providers**: $NXF rewards will be provided to GPU service providers, and future incentives will be offered to distributors of AI-related services.
* **Incentives**: $NXF serves as a reward mechanism within the NexaFusion ecosystem. Node operators, including storage nodes and validators, earn $NXF for their contributions to security, data storage, and processing capabilities within the BSC-based infrastructure.
* **Governance**: $NXF holders have governance rights, enabling them to participate in decision-making processes that affect the development and operational guidelines of the NexaFusion platform. This includes voting on upgrade proposals, changes, and allocation of community resources.
* **Staking**: $NXF holders can stake their tokens within the BSC-based network to participate in validation processes. Staking $NXF aligns user incentives with the stability and performance of the NexaFusion platform, contributing to security.
